Do you collect the tuition or do we?

Our database is set up so that you have to do the least amount of work. It is automated and relies on you being able to activate a student enrollment once payment has been made.

When do we pay you?

Generally, a monthly bill payment plan is established. 

What about refunds?

We adhere to your refund policy. We want students to be fully satisfied with the program and course of study. We do ask that in cases where software has been distributed that if a refund is made that we be given that portion of the sale back to meet our financial obligations to the software company.

When do your classes meet?

We have our program set up to offer either open enroll or fixed start and end dates.

What are the types of interaction your instructors engage in?

Instructors use e-mail, chatrooms and forums for their discussions. In rare cases phone calls. Platforms for delivery include Blackboard, e-College and web-based instructional websites created by the instructor.

Is your database administration very hard to use and operate?

We have developed our program so that one person can effectively administrate its use. Generally speaking it takes no more than 5 minutes to activate workshops.

Some of your courses are priced just right and others tend to be a little more expensive. Why is that?

We recognize that students need to have interaction with a live instructor, someone they can talk to and interact with. Not all vendor-related programs offer that type of option and thus they can charge very little for their courses. We hire faculty from universities and colleges and professionals to teach many of our workshops. 

Do you have a contract?

We have created a very simple contract that serves as a guideline for us doing business together. 

Do we have to take all the workshops listed in the database catalog?

No, you are free to pick an choose the type of mix that is correct for your target.

Can anything be done to make the catalog page look more like our website?

We have added that option to our program and it will allow you to have a look and feel consistent with your current website.

Can you take payments for courses sold at our website using your database program?

We have our program primarily setup so that it can be operated with your institution collecting tuition payments.
